New vacant property at 21 Swanns Close, Langham

We will shortly be advertising a vacant property for rent in Swanns Close. This is a three bedroom house available from approx mid November. The property will be advertised through North Norfolk’s choice based lettings system so interested parties will need to ensure they register with North Norfolk ASAP to allow them to bid on the property.

I think there has been some concern in the past about our properties being offered to people without a connection to Langham. If you can put the word around about this vacancy, then hopefully we can make sure that it is offered to someone from the village.
